5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Bypassing access controls, scraping protected content, or reverse engineering private APIs.
  • Attempting to disrupt platform operations, abuse simulations, or interfere with other users.
  • Using the service for unlawful activity.

6. Payments and Access

Premium access is sold as a one-time payment unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe.

You are responsible for ensuring billing information is accurate. We may suspend access for chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or payment processor enforcement actions.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by SystemDesign Pro or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

9. AI Features and Beta Features

AI-generated debriefing or scoring outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be used as learning support, not as professional advice. We may release features in beta and change or remove them.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific interview outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemDesign Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms, or legal reasons.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
