We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Usage data may be retained in aggregate or de-identified form for product analytics.

If AI-assisted interview debriefing is enabled for your account, your submitted answers and selected context may be processed to produce feedback. Deterministic scoring remains available when AI review is not used.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, subject to legal and operational constraints. You can also request account deletion at any time.
Our processors may handle data in multiple countries. We use contractual and operational safeguards to protect personal data during cross-border transfers.
SystemDesign Pro is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
